Vendor Registration

Please complete the form below to register for the 2025 Tacoma Wedding Show.

Be sure to review the EXHIBITOR RESOURCES pages FIRST before registering.

You will be invoiced for payment. Be sure to respond to our invoice email otherwise your registration may be voided.

Disclosure:  Tacoma Wedding Show and the South Sound Wedding Shows are presented by South Sound Wedding & Event, owned and operated by Bird + Duck Media, LLC.  Bird + Duck Media will only accept exhibitors and advertisers that are part of the wedding and event industry or can offer a related service or product that will benefit event attendees.  All acceptance for participation is at the sole discretion of Bird + Duck Media, LLC.

Once submitted, you will receive an invoice from  You will have the option to pay in full or with a payment plan. Please respond to the invoice within 15 days of date sent otherwise, your spot may be lost. Registrations are not finalized until payment in full is made.
